	We design, manufacture, and hand-print & paint our clothing right here in our Qualicum Beach, Vancouver Island studio. All of our clothing is available in sizes small to 3X. It is easy fitting and comfortable to wear. We create a unique combination of casual comfort with contemporary flair. Our fabrics include 100% cotton, cotton/spandex, linen/cotton, bamboo/cotton, and other fibres if they have the look and feel that we are looking for. We use mainly natural fibres. Any fabrics that have more than 5% shrinkage are preshrunk for you. Our prints are made by hand-carving blocks out of various materials and are individually inked and hand-printed. Many of the prints are multiple layers and most also include hand-painted details. We use both water-based and oil-based textile inks that are completely washable. Our print motifs range from flora and fauna, to native Canadian, to ancient petroglyphs, Celtic knots, and even biker flames. Qualicum Clothworks was established in 1992 by Roxanne Rose-Bouchard. Roxanne has a degree in fashion design and clothing technology from Kwantlen College in Richmond, B.C.
